areadesk & private desk
These desks or workspaces offer a personal fixed work space but for those who equally seek the energy of others around them. It is possible to rent one or many, giving you the capability to form work-teams.
private desk is a slight variation from areadesk, designed for those who may require more privacy.
Each desk includes:
arealiving - Club/Club 16/ Club 40
These three types of Club membership are for users who wish to work from a common and informal living area, arealiving, equipped with sofas, tables and individual chairs.
For those who need a private space from time to time, areatres offers the Club 16 and Club 40, which gives the member 16 or 40 monthly hours of private room use. The private room time can be reserved in two-hour slots, and within these hours other people (clients or colleagues) are invited into areatres for no charge (if they are coming purely for the duration of the meeting).
All of the Club services include:
* Wi-Fi and plug-in Internet
* A fixed personal telephone number for incoming calls (local or international) with automated voice mail message service and various call forwarding options
* The commercial address of areatres for your business and reception of all correspondence

10 MB broadband Wi-Fi (compared to the 1 MB normally offered by even the best cyber-café) underpins flexible and mobile working, with wireless printing and projection from anywhere within areatres. The VOIP telephony system enables members to choose a local or international incoming number, with local rates and a variety of economic call transferring options.

areameeting, meeting and presentations room, is a separate room that has the capacity to fit eight people and is equipped with the highest technology for phone and video conferences and projections for presentations. In addition, a second meeting room for four people is available for use, ideal for smaller or more intimate meetings.

areatraining is a large open meeting area that can fit up to 75 people, perfect for entertainment and/or training sessions. Additionally, you can rely on an independent reception area and entrance.
Concept Creators:
HM Arquitectos is an architectural studio founded by architects Fernando Hitzig and Leonardo Militello, that offers a concept of integrated design. The studio consists of an integrated team of architects, construction coordinators and contractors, covering all of the phases of the architectural process, starting with beginning stages up until the final realization of the project.
