January, 2012 Update

After celebrating the completion of construction at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, the Hotel officially opened it's doors on January 19, 2012.  For more information, click here for St. Regis Grand Opening Information.  The St. Regis development includes 255 condo units in two residential towers, ranging from two to five bedrooms at prices between $1.9 million and more than $10 million. The vast majority of these ultra-luxury condo residences are under contract and sales have closed on more than 50 units as of this writing.  The bulk are regular condos, but a few dozen are condo-hotel units in the hotel tower.  We have several incredible Developer opportunities- as well as resales (not currently available on the open market), due to confidentiality agreements with the project Sales Office.
