Alex’s primary focus at TheKleerTeam is on providing superior service to Buyers and Sellers by demonstrating expertise in each and every aspect of the Real Estate transaction process.
Recognized for his integrity and professionalism, Alex transitioned from a ten year background in the luxury hotel industry, working with boutique hotel pioneer Ian Schrager at The Delano in South Beach. To date, Alex Daguer and Allan Kleer have sold well over $30 Million dollars in luxury homes and condos in Miami Beach, with a strong concentration in South Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood.
