Bentley Bay South Beach is a condo community located at 540 West Ave in the South Beach neighborhood of Miami. The neighborhood was built in 2005 and the units range in price from $470,000 to $20,000,000 for those looking to purchase a condo. The properties are for rent for between $2,500 and $5,500.

A Little Background on Cirque de Soleil

Cirque du Soleil is a Canadian entertainment company and they describe themselves as a dramatic mix of circus arts and street entertainment. This group is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, which is located in the inner city area of Saint Michel. It was founded in the year 1984 by two former street performers namely Guy Laliberte and Daniel Gauthier.

The group was first named as the Les Echassiers and they toured Quebec in the year 1980 as a troupe. They encountered financial hardship back then, but eventually relieved by a government grant in the year 1983. It was part of the 450thanniversary celebrations of the discovery of Canada by Jacques Cartier. The Le Grand Tour du Cirque du Soleil was a huge success back in the year 1984. And shortly after that, Laliberte hired a person named Guy Caron form the National Circus School to re-create the group as a “proper circus”. The theatrical, character-driven approach, as well as the absence of performing animals has greatly defined Cirque du Soleil as a contemporary or modern circus.

Every show is a mixture of circus styles from across the globe, with a central theme and story line. They attract the audience into the performance through live music, with performers instead of changing props. After many trials in the late 1980s, Nouvelle Experience was made, directed by Franco Dragone. It made Cirque profitable by the year 1990, thus, allowing them to create more shows for the people.

Cirque du Soleil then expanded rapidly from the 1990s to 2000s, from one show to 19 shows in 271 cities, on every continent. The shows hire over 4,000 people from 40 countries, generating annual revenue of more than $810 million. The permanent Las Vegas shows alone cover 9,000 audiences every night, which is about 5% of the city’s guests. More shows developed across the globe, together with television deals, women’s clothing line, and engaging in other mediums like spas, restaurants, and even nightclubs.
